Your employees can salary package Non Cash Benefits (NCB) up to a ‘grossed up’ $31,177 value of the packaged benefits during each FBT year and be entitled to a 48% rebate of the gross FBT payable. Should the ‘grossed up’ value exceed $31,177 during the FBT year, there is no FBT rebate applicable on amounts above.
* $31,177 is the Grossed Up cap whilst the Budget Repair Levy is in place.
